When you sign up for a trial or purchase a software licence, we collect your name, salon name, email address, phone number, and account preferences.
We use your information to set up and support your dedicated booking software, send system notifications/SMS reminders on your behalf, and provide technical support.
Your client data (client lists, appointment records, notes) belongs 100% to your salon. We store backups securely in UK/EU data centres and never sell or share your data with third parties.
